The check-in process could use clearer instructions, as it requires entering through the restaurant—awkward if you're carrying luggage. Our room’s claw-foot bath leaked, causing a bit of a mess, which definitely put a damper on things. weak lighting made it difficult to get ready comfortably, and some odd noises from water systems were a minor distraction.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean n comfy, loved the late check out option, plenty of parking available, location was quite nice but bring a car!

the first room i got was not cleaned up n kinda gross, also the walls were really thin so could hear everything outside.

I had an awesome stay where I really loved relaxing in the large roll top bath and enjoying the best cooked breakfast I've ever had in a hotel! The garden area was perfect for unwinding with a good book in the sun and sipping on a refreshing drink. The only slight bummer was the internet connection which could've been better, but it didn't ruin my great experience at all! 😊

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Staff

I had a wonderful one-night stay with my family in a spacious Family Room. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which included a fantastic selection that catered to dietary needs, thanks to the attentive service from Louisa. The room was clean and comfortable, making our experience enjoyable. I believe that providing more diversity in the lunch and dinner menu would be a great improvement.
